Gifts

If the Service was marked as a gift at the time of Booking and was sent directly to you, you will receive a credit for the value of your cancellation. Once the cancellation is processed, a gift certificate will be issued.

If the Service was not marked as a gift or was booked by someone else, the refund will be sent to the original purchaser.
